Event Registration

Member Fee

Only active members of the International Academy of Periodontology (IAP) or the Malaysian Society of Periodontology (MSP) are eligible for the IAP/MSP member fee. MSP associate members are also eligible for the member fee.

Membership status for the year 2025 will be verified upon event registration. Please contact IAP or MSP if you are uncertain about your membership status.

Student Fee

The student fee is available only to full-time students.

To receive the discounted rate, please upload a confirmation or verification letter from your institution in PDF format stating that you are currently a student (an offer letter is not accepted as proof).

Group Registration

Group registration is available exclusively fornon-members.
Postgraduate studentsare not eligible for this offer.
A20% discount is applicable for groups with a minimum of 10 participants.
Asingle representative must make the payment on behalf of all group members.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Applications for refunds must be sent via email to iap2025@msp.org.my
2. Refund eligibility:
  - Full Refund: Applications received on or before 30th June 2025 (minus the administrative fee).
  - Partial Refund: Applications received between 1st July and 31st July 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund (minus the administrative fee).
  - No Refund: Applications received after 31st July 2025 will not be considered.
3. An administrative fee of USD 50.00 (RM200.00) will be deducted from all refunds.
